Special Requests

If you would like to request a different shipping day, please email help@brunsonmeats.com.  We will do our best to accommodate your request based on product availability and shipping schedules.

We recommend selecting 2-Day delivery to ensure freshness and quality. Overnight shipping is available. We offer ground shipping to select locations within Colorado.

Our meat is shipped frozen, individually packaged per order in a box accompanied by reusable low-temperature ice packs and dry ice. For additional protection, the box is lined with insulation. Although our packaging is designed to keep the cuts completely frozen during shipping, we cannot govern the shipping conditions. Should a delivery delay result in a cut partially thawing, it is advisable to refrigerate the product and consume it promptly. In the event you deem a cut to be unusable or unsafe, please reach out to us without delay, as our priority is for you to experience the optimal quality of our beef.

Brunson Meat Co. is not responsible for any shipping delays, returns, or undeliverable packages caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses/instructions, UPS issues, delays due to weather, or the absence of an available recipient.

Once an order is processed for delivery we cannot cancel or change the order.

What should I do if I receive a delivery exception notice?

Due to recent increases in nationwide shipping volume, you might receive "exceptions" or similar notices regarding your delivery. If you receive one of these notices, please do not refuse the delivery. Your Brunson Meat Co. products should arrive in good condition within the expected delivery window. Please note that we do not offer refunds for deliveries that are refused.

How can I ensure timely delivery of my order?

To avoid delays or issues, please ensure that all delivery information, including gate codes and apartment numbers, is accurate and complete when placing your order. Brunson Meat Co. is not responsible for delays, returns, or missed deliveries caused by incomplete delivery instructions, weather conditions, UPS issues, or if no one is available to receive the package. It is essential that someone is present during the delivery window to receive your order.

What if my package is delayed or damaged?

Once your package leaves our facility, any shipping delays are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. All claims are required to be directed to the shipping carrier. For corrections to delivery instructions, tracking of missing or late shipments, or to make a claim for missing or damaged products, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Can I insure my package?

Yes, and we highly recommend it. When viewing your cart, Route Insurance will be an option below the "Checkout" button. We will only issue store credit for orders that are insured through Route.

Route is a third-party insurance company that will insure your package so you can file a claim for a lost or damaged product. We will only provide store credit or discounts on orders insured with Route.
