Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Perishable Products

All of our products are fresh or frozen perishable food items. Once an order has shipped, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, as we cannot resell food products after they have left our control.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

We are not responsible for shipping delays, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Acts of nature or other circumstances beyond our control

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier.

Store Credit Consideration

While we do not issue refunds, we may consider a store credit under the following conditions:

  • The order arrives outside of the expected delivery window

  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • You provide clear photos of the product, including:

    • The product itself

    • The out-of-temperature indicator insert included in your shipment

Requests submitted without photos, outside the 24-hour window, or missing the temperature indicator will not be considered.

Store credit decisions are made at our sole discretion and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Insurance (Route)

We strongly encourage customers to purchase shipping insurance through Route at checkout. Route provides protection against lost, stolen, or damaged shipments and offers a faster resolution process for covered claims.

Orders placed without Route shipping insurance are not eligible for replacement or compensation due to carrier issues.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
